Hermina Yarde

Hermina Yarde is the General Manager of JenCare’s Georgia market. She more than 25 years of domestic and international executive healthcare leadership experience.

A registered nurse, Hermina was the VP for WellStreet Urgent Care, overseeing 280 employees across 22 locations with responsibility for $20 million in revenues. She has also led the domestic and international acquisition transition teams for a Fortune 200 healthcare provider.

Her proudest accomplishment was in service to our country. A 23-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Hermina retired at the rank of Colonel and Commander of an Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron of 216 airmen with responsibility for $80M in war ready assets. She saw tours of service in Bosnia, Mogadishu, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Oman and other locations throughout Europe and Asia.

Hermina is a graduate of Long Island University where she earned a bachelor of science in nursing as well as Georgia Polytechnic University where she completed her MBA.
