Kathryn Chandler

As Chief Legal Officer, Kathryn Chandler is responsible for leading the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory activities.

Kathryn joined ChenMed in 2013 and has served in various legal capacities for the company, including Associate Corporate Counsel, Director Corporate Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. Additionally, she has been leading the legal team since 2018.

During her tenure, Katie has been instrumental in helping ChenMed remain compliant and in a position of strength, in a highly regulated and litigated business. She also developed an original two-person legal team into a fully staffed team with high engagement scores and high degrees of accessibility as organizational thought partners. She and her team have helped transform how ChenMed supports employees and centers in legal matters, ranging from complex contracts with dozens of health plan partners to employment agreements, immigration, and everything in between. Prior to ChenMed, Kathryn worked for Alimonti Law Offices in White Plains, New York.

Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in international law from Bowdoin College and a juris doctorate from New York Law School. During her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her young daughter and cheering on the Miami Dolphins with her husband. She is also an avid runner and has completed four marathons.
