HCC Coding Team-Based Learning

At ChenMed, we are passionate about the future of value-based care. We are happy to make these learning materials accessible to resident programs across the U.S.

On this page, you will find the materials needed to teach a two-hour team-based learning workshop for residents or providers.

Included are:

  1. Run of Show: We break down the material so that you can teach the workshop over the course of two hours.
  2. Slide deck: To be used during the workshop to give an overview of HCC Coding.
    • As an alternative, we have put together an overview video of the presentation that you can show participants in advance or as part of the workshop. Click the link to view the video: HCC video presentation
  3. Participant Handout: To be provided at the time of the workshop. This should NOT be given as a pre-read.
  4. Facilitator Handout: This contains the key with the answers for the facilitator(s).
