Brandie French

Brandie French is the General Manager for JenCare's Richmond market. She has extensive knowledge and experience in healthcare operations, most recently serving as a hospital chief operating officer for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health. She began her healthcare career as a director of geriatric social services, which quickly transitioned into administration, which is her passion. Brandie has worked in geropsych, acute care and specialty Alzheimer’s care operational oversight for more than a decade.

Brandie is a licensed nursing home administrator, licensed preceptor and has several certifications in long-term care, including the Argentum Certified Director of Assisted Living and dementia care practitioner certification. She is an active member of the College of Healthcare Executives and the Society for Human Resources Management. Brandie earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Longwood University and master’s in business administration from Liberty University.
