About The Event

Physician Virtual Social 092320
Event Type: Physician Event

When you decided to become a Primary Care doctor, it was more than just a smart career decision. It was a matter of the heart and mind. Not only are your heart and mind integral parts of the body to keep it alive, but it is what strikes the passion to keep us motivated.

But as years pass, that motivation starts to dwindle and fray. Even as young residents, you’re not even sure if this is the right path in medicine. Learn how to re-ignite the passion once again.

Join us for an online discussion about how building bonds with your patients can keep the focus of your head and heart more alive than ever before.

I'm a good listener and I'm very actively involved in helping them make health care decisions. I also make a point of following up to see how they're doing."

About Dr. Gianni Neil: Dr. Gianni Neil strongly believes the best health care comes from building personal relationships with her patients. This is why she makes a point of getting to know each of them. "People, particularly seniors, need advocates when it comes to making decisions about their health and getting the right care," says Dr. Neil. "I will always give my best effort to help them." Dr. Neil was raised in Jamaica and Florida and says her father can't remember a time when she didn't want to become a doctor and help people.

About Dr. Terrell Bacchus: When it comes to keeping people healthy at any age, Dr. Terrell Bacchus’ expertise in family and preventive medicine has helped thousands of patients adopt a more balanced lifestyle and live well. In fact, his training has included serving the medical needs of children, adults, geriatric populations and veterans in hospitals and community settings.

About Dr. Lisa Price-Stevens: As a board-certified physician and Chief Medical Officer who’s a native of this community, Dr. Lisa Price Stevens feels privileged to support seniors here. “There is so much to gain from this generation and they deserve quality care,” she says. Dr. Stevens first realized her calling at 7 years old—after spending time at the hospital where her mom worked and saving a family member using the Heimlich maneuver. “With patients today,” Dr. Stevens says, “I listen intently and build trusting bonds. I especially love empowering patients by providing them with medical knowledge that is easy to understand.”
