About the Speakers:

Dr. Karli McMillan: Dr. Karli McMillan finds joy in helping people. “Every small positive difference that I can make on each patient in pursuit of better health is considered a success,” she says. Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, one of her specialties, is her favorite part of her profession. “I get the opportunity to give patients significant relief in their musculoskeletal complaints by my own hands through osteopathic manipulation,” she explains. Dr. McMillan is an advocate of preventative and individualized care. “I am honored for the opportunity to guide and advise my patients toward better health,” she says.

Dr. Tony Healy: Dr. Anthony Healy has always known that he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. “I went into medicine because I wanted to combine my skills of empathy and relatability to positively impact the health of my community,” he says. Dr. Healy actively listens to his patients and treats them like family. He wants them to know he is on their side. “I ask what they are and are not willing to change about their health and how I can help,” he explains. If he could change anything about healthcare today, he would lower the cost of specialty care and make primary care more accessible.

Dr. Lee Bee: Being a physician is Dr. Lee Bee’s calling. “I feel blessed every day to be able to make a positive impact on the health of my patients,” he says. Dr. Bee takes a holistic approach to healthcare by focusing on overall disease prevention and health maintenance. He strives to build relationships with patients based on “mutual trust, autonomy, love, and compassion.” Dr. Bee explains, “I want my patients to know how honored I am to be a part of the team to ensure they have the best healthcare without compromise.” He considers himself a “lifelong learner.”

Dr. Regine Gonel: Very early in life, Dr. Regine Gonel knew that she wanted to be a doctor. “I care a lot about people and have always wanted to help,” says Dr. Gonel, who is an internal medicine physician. As she uses her knowledge, skills, and teamwork to provide the best care for seniors, one of her favorite parts is making connections. “It is wonderful to see how a few words of compassion can start helping my patients.”
