About the Speakers:

About Dr. Dan McCarter: Dr. McCarter specializes in family medicine and population health. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Virginia Health System. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of Virginia, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

About Dr. Berenice Subero Pablo: Dr. Subero Pablo grew up wanting to be a doctor and loves making a positive impact as she lives out her dream today. “My favorite part is establishing meaningful relationships with patients,” Dr. Subero Pablo says. “I want seniors to feel supported as we work together to maintain good health and a meaningful life.” These strong connections also help Dr. Subero Pablo to better understand her patients’ needs and individualized care.

About Dr. Felix Grudsky: For Dr. Grudsky, practicing medicine is not a job. It’s a passion, which rubbed off from his late grandmother, a well-respected pediatrician. “I’ve always had a great appreciation for the wisdom that seniors share, and it’s been a pleasure to focus primarily on their care,” says Dr. Grudsky, who is board certified in internal medicine.

About Dr. Mariana Infante Quintero: Since childhood, Dr. Infante Quintero always wanted to be a doctor. “I feel passionate about helping others,” she says, “and I love making a positive impact on their health.” Whether she’s diagnosing, treating, or helping prevent health issues, Dr. Infante Quintero believes it’s important to listen to her patients and build relationships full of trust and compassion. By providing this level of care for seniors, she says, “It is a way to honor a community that deserves more attention.”
