About the Speakers:

Dr. Traci Trice: Rather than a profession, Dr. Trice considers her role as a physician to be a gift. “There is great responsibility to care for someone when they are in a vulnerable state,” she says. Connecting with patients is her favorite part of being a physician. “I learn so much from my patients,” she adds. Dr. Trice would love to see an improvement of the inequities within the current healthcare system. “I feel impelled to utilize the gifts I have been given to do my part in effecting change,” she says. She strives to be accessible for patients and sees herself as a partner in their health journey.

Dr. Anteo Pashaj: Dr. Anteo Pashaj believes it is his calling to be a physician. “There is no greater joy than helping others. As a physician, I can accomplish this through a variety of ways,” he says. Dr. Pashaj emphasizes the importance of proactive care and doctor-patient relationships. “Through persistent positivity, consistent compassion, and enduring empathy, I am able to lead patients to better health,” he says. Dr. Pashaj finds it “immensely rewarding” to work with the senior population.

Dr. Srikar Reddy: Dr. Srikar Reddy’s passion for service led him to pursue a career in medicine. “Everyone likes to feel their best when they wake up and at the end of their day. I try to help them maximize their potential,” he says. He strives to actively listen to patients and prioritizes shared decision-making. He explains, “We all have ways we can improve our quality of life, and I learn from patients just as they learn from me.” He adds, “I learn from the wisdom of life experiences from the elderly, and I feel I have something to give back.”
